Buying with Kayleighs Keepsakes is easy. All items are listed with every detail included, browse our website and products, add personalisation where necessary and add the items to your cart. Once you are happy with your cart simply checkout.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation from Kayleighs Keepsakes to say the order has been received by us.


We will deliver your order via Royal Mail or DHL Express depending on the size and weight of your order as well as the option you have selected during the checkout process.

  • UK Royal Mail 1st Class – 1-2 working days
  • UK Royal Mail 2nd Class – 2-3 working days
  • UK DHL Express – Next working day
  • USA DHL Express – 4-5 working days


Dispatch / Lead Times

All items shown have individual lead times as each item is made to order, we aim to dispatch your item(s) within 10 working days.

Should any item be out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and let you know an estimated delivery date, but if this is not suitable, we will offer you a full refund for that item. Please note that sometimes this can be caused by supply issues with our suppliers therefor there may be a delay to inform you of this.

If you have purchased multiple items they may arrive in separate boxes as a consignment, this is due to the packaging that we use to ensure your item arrives safely.


Depending on the payment option you choose you will be redirected to either Stripe or PayPal during the checkout process, where you can be confident your payment will be processed securely.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Damages and Returns

All our orders are always packaged well to avoid damages happening. Despite this unfortunately on the rare occasion breakages can occur if the parcel has been poorly handled during transit. Should in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at info@kayleighskeepsakes.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement. Photographic evidence of the damages will be required.

All items are made with care and attention however we do understand that you may want to return or exchange an item. Please contact us at info@kayleighskeepsakes.co.uk and let us know the reason you wish to return your item. Once we have received the item back in it’s original condition and packaging we will issue a refund for the amount of the item. Original delivery charges on your order will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. Goods returned must be on a trackable service as we are not responsible for returned items if they are lost in the post.

Please note that personalised and custom goods are not covered by our returns policy but please contact us if you have any problems and we will resolve any issues quickly.

If you have not received your item within 7 days of receiving your dispatch notification, please contact us to let us know. It is rare that items go astray in the post but unfortunately this is out of our control. If the item has still not been received within 14 days of posting your item we will arrange a replacement for you.

Kayleighs Keepsakes will not be responsible for any errors whereby the customer has entered an old or incorrect address.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Kayleighs Keepsakes is not responsible for delays due to customs.


Order cancellations must be requested by emailing info@kayleighskeepsakes.co.uk within 48 hours after placing your order. Any cancellations outside of this time will not be processed.
